How do I access my account?

You can access your News Funnel account via and our mobile app on iOS.

How do I reset my password?

Users can reset their password in “My Account” at the menu in the top right hand corner of their homepage. Click “Edit” next to the “Password” fields, and a text box will open. To reset your password, enter your old password in the text box. The old password is necessary for security purposes. Then, enter the new password you would like to use in the second text box. When done, hit “Save Changes” in the top right hand corner.

How can I update my news preferences?

Users can update their news preferences at the menu in the top right hand corner of their homepage by selecting “News Settings

How can I update my email preferences?

Users can update their news preferences at the menu in the top right hand corner of their homepage by selecting “Email Subscriptions”.

How do I search for news?

You can use the search bar at the top of your homepage or “Search Content” on the left of your news feed to search and browse news.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe from our emails at the footer below our newsletters, as well as change your email preferences to update your subscriptions to our various emails.

Is it free to subscribe?

Yes, it is free to subscribe as either a professional or company user. 

What is the difference between a professional and company user?

Professional users can use The News Funnel to get customized real estate news and to search our content.  A professional user can also create a newsletter to stay in touch with their clients and potential clients.


A company account allows the user to set up a company profile which allows the user to upload content.  A company account also tags your media mentions to your company profile and allows you to create a newsroom, newsletter and sponsored content.


How do I upload content?

Content is uploaded via a company account on The News Funnel.  Company users can upload content when logged in to their company account by selecting “Add Content” on the right side of their news feed. They will then be taken through the step-by-step process of uploading and posting content to their profiles. 

Users who only have a professional account must change their account type to a company account. You can do so by going to “My Account”, and selecting “Add Company” at the bottom of the page. You will then be prompted to select “Company Account” as your account type. Finally, you will be asked to fill out information about your company to complete your company’s new account

I am not seeing local sources from my market in my funnel. Can you add them?
